Why have you not been making many videos lately?

I am in high school, I have many other things I have to do and I have a cake business to run.

Favorite food to eat? To make?

I love to eat anything chocolate, especially cakes. And anything whipped cream and very cold,

I love to make all different kinds of desserts. especially decorated cakes.

Where did you go to school to learn how to create these great desserts?

I am self taught. I read and watch a lot of shows on baking and cake decorating.

Are you from Iraq and what is your real name?

I am Joseph. I live in Nazareth.

Who inspires you in the baking world?

My all time favorite Pastry Chef is Gretchen Price. I also like Cake Boss Buddy Valastro.

Are you planning on going into Culinary school after high school?

It will not be immediately, but I am going to plan on going.

Where did you start making desserts and how did you learn?

I started 6 or 7 years ago cooking out of books in my home.

Can you cook some typical desserts from your country?

I sure will.

What advice would you give someone with little or no dessert making experience?

Watch my channel.

What kind of music do you listen too?

Pop music.

How old are you?

I am 17 and will turn 18 later this year,

Who inspires you?

Everyone successful in the baking world inspires me. In the future I would love to be a host of my own television show.

What is the hardest thing to do when you started baking?

It was getting the recipe right. I have had many failures but I kept trying until I got it right.
