Instructions
Strawberry Cherry Custard Parfaits
Start with a bottom layer of custard cream. Add a layer of strawberry filling (purchased). Stabilized whipped cream rosette is next. A layer of cherry filling (purchased – I had some left over from a different dessert.) Finish off with another layer of stabilized whipped cream. Garnish with ground pistachios.
Nutella Walnut Dream
Start off with a Stabilized whipped cream which been mixed with ½ cup nutella and ½ cup finely ground walnuts.. Next a layer of stabilized whipped cream. Randomly drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Garnish with toasted coconut.
Tropical Dream
Start out with a layer of Quick Bavarian Cream, followed by some pineapple preserves (or pineapple sundae topping), Level the top with some lemon gelatin. Bring it home with a sprinkling of sweetened coconut flakes.
Notes
As always you makes these desserts you own. Change up ingredients into what you or your customer likes. Remember to charge extra for the plastic dessert cups, some can end up being quite expensive.
