To start assembly, place a dab of whipped cream on the cake board.

I purchased a mix chopped nut and sugar garnish from a bakery supply store along with marble triangles of chocolate bark. I add some nut mixture between the rosettes and garnish with 2 chocolate triangles. Enjoy.
