BRB – 02 Add water-sugar-yeast and dough conditioner to mixing bowl mix then let sit until foamy 2019-06-24

Adding water, sugar, yeast and optional dough conditioner to stand mixer. Mix until yeast is dissolved about 1 minute on low speed. Let sit ten minutes until all foamy.
