 Equipment

  • Silicone cupcake liners
  • Silicone brush
  • Melted chocolate of your choice (white, milk chocolate. dark, regular, etc) If using real chocolate (couverture) it should be in temper.

 

Making Chocolate Desserts Cups

Paint the inside of a silicone cupcake liner with a light coating of melted chocolate.  Place in the freezer for 2 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Remove from the freezer and brush a second coat of chocolate on top of the chocolate.  Freeze for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set up.

Remove the cup from the freezer. Carefully, peel back the silicone mold to remove from the chocolate.  Place on serving platter and fill.
