Here I am show a mister bottle filled with water. I use this to spray into the oven every 10 minutes or so to create steam to give it moisture to give the baked bread a crusty finish. If you want a softer crust, do not mist the oven. Bake in a preheated 350ºF/177ºC oven for about 30 minutes or until done.
